Big or small, expensive or not, I always strive to provide my clients with the absolute best real estate experience that the Cincinnati area has to offer. But, I particularly love the opportunity to help my clients buy and sell unique, historical and high-end properties.

To be perfectly honest, the process to buy or sell a $1M home isn’t far off from buying or selling a $200K home. So what’s so special about working with me over any other agent? Well, a few things.

To set the stage, prior to real estate I cut my teeth in the advertising and branding industry, working as a client service professional in some of Cincinnati’s premier ad agencies. And really, that experience couldn't have set me up better for the work I do now.

Plus you’ll always know exactly where we are in the process with timely updates and calendar invites for all major deadlines and showings, ensuring you never have to juggle the details on your own.

I take pride in offering the highest caliber client experience, with unparalleled organization and clarity, while at the same time embracing a personal working relationship with my clients. I want to exceed even your highest expectations, but to do so without any stuffy, formal barriers between us. Not to mention, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes that I find to be very important, but rarely see in other agents. My clients’ files are always organized neatly and securely in the cloud - no working out of a messy inbox for me. And while my first priority is always my clients, I also work hard to be an agent that other agents want to work with. It would surprise you how many top realtors are really pretty difficult to work with from a realtor-to-realtor perspective. I’ve always been a design-oriented person as well. And then after making that my career, it’s now an inescapable part of my personality. I have an eye for detail and really enjoy unique architecture, interior design and all of the aspects of a home that not only make it functional, but a pleasure to live in as well. At the same token, and similar to my role in marketing, I very much understand that my preferences are not what this is about. My efforts are centered around the wish lists of my clients, while offering ideas and perspective to aid in the process.
